Years ago, ( if I am not wrong, it counts about the year about 1996 -98), I happened to go through an International joke on Internet about communism, it seems proper to relate that joke in present context. It goes as under…

                                        The old joke on internet

 In the first ever most significant initial summit meet of WTO (world trade summit,) the presidents of USA, Russia and China too registered their presence there of, and it was a heavy weight event as such. The American president’s motor car was first to enter the parking lot of the venue, the tail light of that motor car gave the indicator sign of right side( rightist means capitalism) and got parked there. Then came the motor car of the Russian President with left side indicators flash (leftist means communist ) and got standstill on the left side parking lot.The third motor car belonged to Chinese President, the driver got confused about where to park the car. He sought the advice of the President ensconced on the passenger seat,” your Excellence, where we have to get parked our vehicle ?” The Chinese President gave a smug response, ” just you give the left side indicator flash and get it parked on the right side parking lot aside the American’s President car.”

Indubitably the joke carried the weight, and this was the significant modus operandi of the communistic China.  That, how it extrinsically remained enwrapped in communistic tunic of comrade Mao.  And helped make drastic changes in her domestic and International policies after demise of Mao Tse Tung and transformed itself into a “capitalist China”. Otherwise also, during the struggle of Communist revolution of China in his “Long March” ;  Comrade Mao had clearly envisaged his vision by giving a statement, ” for China Communism is a means not the aim.”

                     China’s present communistic version

 Although whole through the  life of Comrade Mao, as a nation after 1948, China remained a hardcore communist regime.  Further more, it is not so that after his demise communistic pattern got removed from China. Still communism is deeply followed but to run the nation through the policy of “single party system” Only. It helps as a sheer means, to implement government policies and projects strictly with an Iron rod. It is a very effective tool as such. The Communistic pattern there is in the system as such that “freedom of expression,’ as it is granted in India and other Democratic nations, does not exist there. The election still fought on single party system. In this system, only Communist party approved candidates can contest the election and they are destined to win the election by scoring more than 90% of total polling. In the name of opponent candidate some party member is ordained to contest with a predefined result to get defeated for this election.

Only members faithful to the party can contest the election. The party member is bound to renounce his religion, to the extent that even after his retirement from the party, he is not permitted to follow any religious faith. The internet services are not there as such as it is available to the rest of the world. Meant thereby, no google search or any as such service provider is permitted to enter the domain of Peoples Republic of China’s cyber world. China maintains her own internet search engine, and its format is of the kind, so that only limited information can be obtained.  And if any resentful Chinese citizen intends to upload any information, it is bound either not to to get relayed or get censored. Along with, China is not that China as it is advertised at world level by Chinese mouth piece.

A big percentage of Chinese population still lives below the poverty line and work hard to earn the daily meal. Beside there is provision of “work permit policy” in China, under which a denizen of a province is entitled to work within his province only. This lead to the reason that China by advertising the concept of availability of “low wage laborer,” has been successful to attract the investors worldwide. This is one of the important factors, why products made in China is so low cost, but the exploitation of big portion of her population never counted by the rest of world. But along with it, China has applied a parallel comprehended system with certain conditions.

The policy makers of recent China’s regime caught the greedy element of human psychology. That is, since the beginning of civilization, man cherished the desire to hold private property and wealth. And in pursue of that he works hard, and his mind becomes extra fertile. So the Chinese government too began to motivate this concept and urbanization added with certain right to hold the private property. The outcome of that “mixed policy” is before the world- the good numbers of billionaires are there. even after, China means a mystery…penned by –Vinay Pharasi..
