I already have discussed some aspects of dream and its mechanism in my previous articles. In fact, this subject is so mysterious and wide in spectrum. Already enormous literature has been published about the subject, but still there is a lot to be explored. Reason being, every person has got his own experiences and perception about the dream. The concept of dreaming is mysterious like “the concept of existence of god”. The very day, this mystery is solved, and the hidden secrets come out, a new spectrum is supposed to be before us to rethink our ideology.
Types of dreams
We all are blessed to dream some dreams. We often experience two types of dreams. One kind is of dreaming is, when we are asleep and the other kind is with open eyes, in our full senses. This dreaming with open eyes is termed as “day dreaming.” The daydreaming, in fact is not a dream. It’s simply our planning, ambitions and expectation of our future, we desire to attain. For a paradigm, I will work hard and become a great industrialist or writer or actor etc. It’s a “shadow of determination.”
In true sense, the mechanism of “actual dreaming” is quite different. Leave apart the scientific aspect, dreams when dreamt whether in full sleep or in half sleep, they are always “cozy” in nature. To dream a dream, two situations are always needed, First one is , either you are sitting in a cozy fashion or reclining or relaxed fully on your bed or couch. Secondly, it needs your mind to be in “agitated state.” This situation puts you being in “vibrant mode but within bounds.” This is also known as being in “fantasy.”
Now we switch on towards an important factor. Often our dreams are of “cozy” nature. Some people are subjected to tormenting kind of dreams. That is of “nightmare” category. Nightmare category is an outcome of some traumatic incidence. But what is the percentile of such nightmares. It simply can be understood through a paradigm. A ‘civil society’ consists of multitude of people, but few out of them may be cynic, mad or eccentric or criminal type. But this class of “diseased mentality” is always meager in number. Such sort of “seedy one” are part of the society but not a “civil society” as a whole.
Easy going dreams or cozy one
Here I am talking of simple technique of dreaming only. In this type, dreams are of soothing category, like an easy going type. For instance, every one have had an aspiration to become a filthy rich. His dreams related to this type of ambition, too are so amusing. In his dreams, he finds himself in possession of hoard of money. Often, in dream he obtains some hidden treasure or finds a briefcase stuffed with dollars or pound sterling. In another kind of dream, if he supposed to give some efforts to accumulate the money, he or she is being chased by a rich partner, who is infatuated after him or her. often they find getting married to some rich person, this sort of dream of ‘fortune hunting’ they experience are very common.
Just recall, have you ever found yourself toiling hard in dreams to become a rich person? The answer is “Nay.” Simply because cozy dreams are always fanciful. This is also a paradigm of “fool’s Paradise.” People who are denominated as visionary, they don’t dream as such. They ever have had an accurate calculation as per their own personal caliber and pros and cons of their plannings in hand. In fact, nature has invented this mechanism to provide a vent to the mind of a person, so he can ably release his ” Pant out feelings.” This provides a temporary medicinal soothing healing. Every person dreams a dream in accordance to his personal caliber and entertains that. If he is not facilitated by the Nature of this mechanism, certainly he will go mad.
Visionary are determined one
Along with, through this mechanism of dreaming, Nature divides human beings into two categories. One is ‘ruler’ and another is ‘ ruled one.’ A ruler often gains this might through his caliber of “money earning.” This kind of people are one, who always foster a plan with their mind and then realize the plan with a determination. This helps them become successful and mightier one.They are destined to control the destiny of other people in this or that way. This kind of people are “Employer.” May they be politicians, industrialists, even a dreaded mafia too is enlisted in this category. This kind of people, at the beginning have been categorized as the visionary one. They dreamed with open eyes and with a determination.
The purpose of this blog is to indicate the point, how and when some times dreaming tend to enhance our idleness. But it is also true that some times it works in a unique and in positive way. This procedure of dreaming intrinsically and intricately relates to our mind. Though despite of all given given efforts our scientific study has not been able to extricate or detect the real mechanism and its outcome. Our medical science is still at infant stage on this front. amazingly, this fact too can’t be denied that our some great researches in the various fields have been vitally supported through the dreaming process as well.
